Saxophone quartet SAKS - Noorderkerk concert

Classical string quartets, tango music, film music or klezmer music; the quartet likes to showcase the possibilities of the saxophone, often taking the audience on a journey through time.

'SAKS' (The Frisian abbreviation for saxophone and a reference to the background of the musicians) exists since 2009 and has grown into a very professional, colorful and versatile quartet. In recent years the quartet has performed concerts at home and abroad, collaborated with various orchestras and played at festivals, among others.
