Yin Yoga to keep a good balance in active life. Physically, mentally and emotionally stronger.

Yin Yoga is a meditative and gentle form of yoga where you hold the postures for a longer time (3 to 5 minutes). Here you work on connective tissue level. By stretching and exerting pressure on the connective tissue, this has an effect on your physical body.

By slowing down your body switches to the parasympathetic nervous system. The nervous system of rest and recovery. This brings you mentally and emotionally more balanced again

Classes are weekly on Thursday evenings from 20.00 -21.00 (walk-in from 19.45) in the Vitus Church of Tersoal.

Extra lesson information:
Put on comfortable clothes in which you can move freely.

Yoga mats and cushion are provided.
(If you have your own mat and cushions you may also bring them).

Please bring your own:
- A (woolen) blanket or bath towel.
- Warm socks and cardigan or sweater.
