Muzt presents: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

The mysterious Willy Wonka opens the gates of his chocolate factory, but only five lucky children with a golden ticket may enter.

Charlie, from a poor family, has been dreaming of visiting the factory for years. Her chances seem slim, especially compared to the other four winners from affluent backgrounds, who find their tickets effortless. But Charlie gets lucky and secures the last ticket. Together with the other children, she embarks on a magical journey through Wonka's world full of surprises and hidden lessons. The tour turns out to be more than it seems: Willy Wonka is looking for a worthy successor to take over his factory....

As always, MUZT Musical Education brings the story to life with a cast of as many as 70 talented youngsters. The leading roles are performed by the fourth-year students, who together with the professionals of Theater Sneek, Kunstencentrum Atrium and a team of enthusiastic volunteers ensure an unforgettable theater experience.
