Look behind the scenes at Empatec

During tours given by our Ambassadors - employees with a distance to the labor market - you get a unique look behind the scenes. You'll see our metal workshop, packaging halls and other departments, and hear inspiring stories about personal growth and social inclusion. In this way, we not only make impact with materials and orders, but especially by offering people opportunities and putting job happiness first.
