During the Ascension weekend, the Little Sneek Week is held on the Sneekermeer lake.
- Thursday 29 May t/m Sunday 1 June
On Ascension Day, around 300 skippers annually sail for four days with their crews in 20 classes for the sailing honors during the Kleine Sneekweek.
