In World War II, dozens of women played roles in the Frisian resistance as couriers, pilots' helpers, drivers, spies or otherwise. In traditional resistance literature, the picture is often limited to that of the courier. This book shows that their role went much further.

Free admission for anyone interested, from schoolgirl to pensionado and anyone else. Ends approximately 4:00 p.m. with opportunity for after-dinner discussion with a snack and drink.
The lecture is organized by Zonta Friesland in cooperation with the Fries Scheepvaart Museum and Sneek 80 years free. Due to a maximum number of participants, registration is required, which can be via zontafriesland.nl or zontafriesland@yahoo.com.
