Join the Walk! - Creative walk through the Noorderhoek

Leading up to this afternoon, Cultuur Kwartier Sneek organized several workshops with neighborhood initiatives and residents. These included visual art workshops with ISK youth, graffiti with residents of Patyna and textile art with the Salvation Army. Together, their work forms a special route full of creativity, encounters and stories. Currently, various locations in the neighborhood are working hard on the visual and musical scenery that will be seen during this walking tour.

In addition to the walk, visitors can meet in the Atrium, where they can participate in various creative workshops and enjoy musical performances. Participation is free and advance registration is not required. The Atrium opens at 1:30 pm; the start of the walk is at 2 pm. Address: Oud Kerkhof 1, Sneek.

The Kom erbij Kuier! has come about with the support of Gemeente Súdwest-Fryslân, the Old Burger Weeshuis and Stichting Zorgsteun. In the organization and implementation there is a close cooperation with the community work of Stichting Sociaal Collectief.
