Filmhuis Sneek: Kneecap Rich Peppiat

Rapping in their native tongue, the rebellious rap trio Kneecap breaks through in Belfast and soon becomes the figurehead of a civil rights movement whose goal is to save the Irish language. As debate erupts in the public arena, police and politicians do their best to silence the anarchic trio. In this wildly original sex, drug and hip-hop biopic, Kneecap play themselves and raise a global battle cry in defense of their cultural heritage.
