DUO concert Deja Vu and Evergreens

A fun combination!

On Saturday evening, May 24, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., Deja Vu, from Naarden with Mixed Choir Evergreens from Sneek will give a concert in the Sint-Martinuskerk, Slypsterwei 3 in Roodhuis.

Deja Vu is a mixed choir with an extensive repertoire. They sing ballads, pop songs, songs from musicals and evergreens. A similar choir as Evergreens. Both choirs have their own combo and strive for sociability, recognizability and quality. With a joint performance we want to inspire each other and provide a beautiful performance.

Evergreens will sing a medley from the Sound of Music, Siyahamba, Bella Ciao and Do bist in my heart. Deja Vu will perform a medley from Andrew Lloyd Webber, River deep mountain high and Rolling in the deep, among others.

We will also perform several songs together: Go like Ilajah from Deja Vu and Viva la Vida from the Evergreens.

Deja Vu is conducted by Marc Bogaers, Evergreens by Erwin de Ruijter.

We would like to show how much fun singing in a choir is. And especially when it happens in such a beautiful, classic building as the RK church in the beautiful village of Roodhuis.

We always say: everyone can sing, so you can too.

Admission is free: you decide afterwards what financial contribution you want to make to the expenses.
